Arlington Heights Announces Application Process for 2025-2026 Community Development Grants

The Village of Arlington Heights is moving forward with preparations for its HUD 2025–2029 Consolidated Plan, including the Annual Action Plan for fiscal year 2025–2026. The plans focus on strategically utilizing federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding to enhance housing and community development, primarily benefiting low- and moderate-income residents.

Applications for project funding will become available starting April 1, 2025. Interested community groups and organizations seeking financial support for projects that align with the goals of community development and housing improvement are encouraged to apply. Applications can be obtained by contacting the Village directly.

All submissions must be received by 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 2025. Applicants should adhere to the specified guidelines to ensure consideration for funding.

The finalized Annual Action Plan will outline specific projects and initiatives supported by the CDBG funds from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026.
