This $150 million development project was given the green light by the Village Board in May 2019, following a thorough review process. In August 2020, the developer was granted an extension to zoning approvals on the site, which is set to expire in June 2021. The Arlington 425 Project will be reviewed again by the Village’s Design Commission for its exterior design at 225 W. Campbell Street. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, Nov. 28th at 6:30 p.m. This meeting is a continuation of the Nov. 14 Design Commission meeting, and the petitioner has revised the design based on feedback from the previous meeting.
