Arlington Heights, IL – The Village of Arlington Heights has launched its 2025 National Community Survey (NCS), inviting both residents and those who work in the village to provide valuable feedback on community life. This initiative, conducted in partnership with Polco, aims to gather insights that will help guide future improvements and policy decisions.
The survey covers key aspects of livability, including economy, mobility, community design, utilities, safety, natural environment, inclusivity, engagement, recreation and wellness, and education and enrichment. By participating, respondents can help influence decisions that shape the quality of life in Arlington Heights. The feedback will also allow the village to compare its performance with other communities nationwide.
Unlike previous surveys limited to residents, this year’s survey is also open to individuals who work in Arlington Heights. Whether you’re a business owner, employee, or frequent visitor, your perspective matters. The village recognizes that those who contribute to the local economy and community play a vital role in shaping its future.
Polco ensures that all responses remain confidential, encouraging honest feedback. The survey is open from March 14 to March 28, 2025, and can be accessed here: Take the Survey.
This is Arlington Heights’ second National Community Survey, following the first in 2023. The results from the previous survey are available on the village’s official website: vah.com.
The village encourages all residents and workers to take a few minutes to complete the survey and share their thoughts. Your feedback today helps create a better Arlington Heights for tomorrow.
